  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, driver data may be transferred as part of the business, subject to this Privacy Policy or an equivalent policy.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored primarily in Firebase services provided by Google (such as Firestore, Realtime Database, Storage, and Authentication). Google provides robust security for its infrastructure, and we additionally configure security rules, access controls, and authentication checks to limit who can access data.

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your account credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or legitimate business needs.
